          1.1 General Information

Online Mould Hardness Tester typically comprises of  

  • Mould hardness probe
  • Pneumatic accessory to lower it on the mould*
  • probe mounting stand*
  • Extended display*

It comes with display, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi or ethernet connectivity & three digital outputs ( 2 to lower and retract the probe, 1 for Hooter/alarm) and 2 digital inputs (To connect proximity switches to sense mould position).

          1.2 General Usage

The Online Mould Hardness Tester is designed to measure mould hardness directly on the moulding line. It can be configured to capture  the hardness of every mould in real time.

The system displays the measured hardness values on the built-in screen and is also capable of:

Cloud Synchronization: Seamless data upload and storage on a secure cloud server.

Local Server Integration: Option to connect with an on-premises offline server offered by Versatile.

Extended Display Support: Capability to show real-time mould hardness data on an external or extended display.

This ensures consistent quality control, improved productivity, and centralized monitoring of mould hardness across the entire moulding operation.
